A. Edmond Audry Réserve Spéciale Fine Champagne Cognac: The house of A. Edmond Audry was founded in 1878. In the early 1950s, the then-patriach, Aristide Boisson, passed away, and so it was decided to shutter the operation. In 1978, under Bernard Boisson, it finally reopened. Today, Audry is referred to as 'the best Cognac you have never heard of' (Time Magazine). Their Réserve Spéciale is made with a blend of fine Cognacs ranging in age from 15-30 years. The result is a refined and elegant spirit with aromas and flavours of caramel and black tea. A wonderful after-dinner digestif. Tags: Cognac, Other Cognac, Spirits |

Bernard Boutinet Vsop Cognac: Bernard Boutinet's family has grown and distilled wine for 150 years, but it was just 20 years ago that he began producing Cognac under his own name. Produced exclusively from fruit sourced in the Fins Bois appellation, this complex seven-year-old VSOP is gently perfumed, with notions of candied fruit, warm spices and hazelnut. A contemplative wonder, and an ideal treat at the end of a brisk autumn day. |

Château De Beaulon 7-year-old Single Estate Folle Blanche: This is a rare Cognac made entirely from the Folle Blanche grape, all from a single vineyard. Medium amber with bronze highlights, it is quite fragrant and nuanced, suggesting honey, marmalade, dried apricot, vanilla, bergamot tea, and candied citrus. Dry and medium bodied, it has a very smooth texture and deliciously complex aroma replays, particularly of the honey and vanilla. A touch of caramel sweetness adds delight to the long finish. Château Des Plassons Fine Cognac Vsop: A tasting room standout, this Cognac greets you with an intensely complex nose composed of sweet caramel, honey, spiced wood and a lifting floral tone. The caramel and honey come through nicely again on the round and well-balanced palate. Great depth of character and flavour intensity throughout. Gorgeous from beginning to end.
