Ile D'Ol?ron Vsop Cognac: Ile d'Oléron is an island in the Atlantic off the coast of Cognac. It is unique in the designated Cognac appellation in that it is not on the mainland. The soils, constantly moving sea air and moderate climate help to make this a unique VSOP Cognac. Storage in warehouses by the ocean also add a wonderful, gently salty tone to the finished product. This is one to contemplate from a snifter in order to pick out its one-of-a-kind nuances.

L?opold Gourmel Decanter Vsop Cognac: Dried fruit, smoke, vanilla bean, coffee and chocolate aromas roll out of the glass. Dry, quite robustly fruity/smoky. Flavourful, impactful, warming 'dessert' Cognac that is best enjoyed at room temperature (no need to swirl/warm it in a snifter). Enjoy with foie gras, aged parmigiano, or dark chocolate cake.
