| How do I find more beers? |
| If you click on "buy beers" in the navigation bar (left of the search), you'll get a menu listing the different categories of beer. Click on one of the menu options that appear and you'll get beers that fall under that category. If you still can't find the brand you're looking for, then try the search on the top right hand side of the navigation bar. |

| How do I order something? |
| To order something, simply find the beer you're looking for, choose the package size you want and then click the "Add to Cart" button. You'll get prompted that the beer has been added to your cart, and you'll see the beer appear in your shopping cart (at the bottom right of the screen). You will also see the price listed with the beer, and how much it will cost to have it delivered. After that, click "Check Out". You can either sign up now, or if you already have signed up, you can enter your username and password. After you've entered you're username and password, just click "Place Order" and the beer's on it's way! Pretty simple huh?! |

| How do I order the same thing I did last time? |
| If you've been to The Beer Guy in the past, your last order will remain in your shopping cart for 30 days. To order the same thing you did last time, go to thebeerguy.ca and click "Start Shopping" You should see your order already in the shopping cart. Click "Checkout" and submit your order. That's it! |

| Do I have to put my address information in every time? |
| No, just the first time. The Beer Guy will store your information so you don't have to type it in every time. |

| I can't seem to find what I'm looking for, is there an easy way? |
| Yes, use our search tool on the top right of the navigation bar. You can type in whatever you are looking for and the search tool will return all values related to your query. |

| How long does it take for a delivery? |
| We usually show up within an hour from the time you clicked "Place Order" This sometimes depends on how busy we are, traffic, weather, etc. |

| Who delivers the beer? |
| We have a collection of delivery companies that deliver the beer for us. All delivery agencies are licensed by the AGCO and the LCBO to deliver alcohol in Ontario. |

| How much is the delivery charge? |
Delivery charges depend on the city your in, and are based on your first 36 bottles of beer. | A cookie is a small piece of information that is downloaded from a web page through your browser and then semi-permanently stored on your computer. It is not a virus and will not harm your computer. In order to utilize The Beer Guy your browser must accept cookies. The Beer Guy's cookies store the details of the products that are found in your shopping cart. |

| How do I 'turn on' Cookies in my browser? |
Cookies are 'enabled' (or accepted) as the default on a browser. However, if you are having difficulties you can enable cookie preferences by following these steps:
Firefox: Click on "Edit" Click on "Preferences" Select the "Privacy" icon Click on the "plus sign (+)" beside "Cookies" Click to turn on "Allow sites to set cookies" and "for the originating site only" Keep cookies "until they expire" Then click "OK"

| What are the advantages of using Cookies? |
| There are a few advantages to using cookies. One of which is the persistent state. In other words, your shopping will stay on your computer. Whether you leave the site and come back or lose connection to the internet, the information in the cookie will still be available when you get back. Thus, you will not have to find the products again and re-add them to your shopping cart. |
