We have heard from quite a few people over the years asking about the
"Canada Beer Store", or the
"Canadian Beer Store". Canada is not set
up like the states where you can buy your beer almost anywhere. In Canada, all beer and liquor is sold
through specialized stores - with the exception of the Province of Quebec, where beer and wine may be sold
from grocery stores, and small convenience stores much like the USA. In Ontario, there are 2 outlets setup to buy your alcohol from, "The Beer Store", and "The Liquor Store" or LCBO (Liquor Control Board of Ontario) as it is more commonly known. Their respective websites are really nice Canadian beer-related sites, and they will provide you all sorts of information that you can use to help you pick out the products you're looking for. Currently, they do not have the ability to accept orders online, but that's what The Beer Guy is for! As a start to the information you will find most valuable, The Beer Guy is currently building up it's brewery database, which is growing every day. Hopefully, we can have a full list for you that will help you contact the right people for your needs. In most cases, these companies are quiet internal, but it doesn't hurt to call and tell them what you're looking for. Don't be afraid to ask for stuff either, you'll be surprised what kind of stuff you can get from breweries for FREE! Here is the list we have so far:
Of course, you can't actually BUY anything at any of these sites. However, you CAN give them a call and see if they can offer you something from their sales and marketing department.
