Serving Suggestion

Enhance the natural flavours of licorice and cassia in this gin by adding a twist to the classic gin and tonic.
2oz. Bulldog gin
5oz. tonic water
Star anise
Cloves
Cinnamon stick

Fill a copa glass with ice, add gin and top with tonic water. Finish off with 1-star anise and a handful of cloves. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and star anise.
