King Brewery Pilsner

Description

A Czech style pilsner lager, clear gold in colour with a thick egg white foamy head. Made from distilled water, the best imported European pilsner malt, Czech Saaz hops and Czech yeast delivers a soft malty texture, complimented by a noble hop flavour.

Tasting Notes

Bright golden colour with fine head; aromas of floral hops, light malt and sweet grain, with light hay, citrus, mineral and grassy/hoppy notes; dry, light bodied, crisp and refreshing with great carbonation on palate, flavours of light malt, citrus zest, delicate tree fruit and light herbal/grassy tones; persistent floral/hoppy notes and a pleasant bitterness on the long, clean finish.

Serving Suggestion

Serve chilled this is the perfect refresher; pair with bbq, pasta salads, mild cheese, lightly spiced fare, such as mild curries, or with dips such as warm spinach and artichoke, hummus and baba-ganoush.
