Tasting Note: This pretty-in-pink blend includes 60% Grenache, 35% Cinsault and 5% Carignan. It's candy pink in colour with sweet-edged aromas of raspberry, maraschino cherry, red pepper jelly, pink grapefruit and savoury herbs. Dry with a medium body, there's a wallop of ripe red fruit flavour balanced by crisp acidity. It's pretty and tasty and would pair well with grilled chicken with sun-dried tomato pesto.
