Cellar it for 3-4 years to really see it shine, or enjoy it tonight with pulled pork or grilled calamari.
Tasting Note: Lemon scented and floral with light apple and white peach flavours. It's not particularly focussed or long at the moment, but is clean and refreshing and offers a gentle sort of charm. These wines take a few years to put on weight and richness, and when they do, you'll invariably think you've snagged a bargain while drinking them. Score - 89+.
