Adar De Elviwines Cava Brut Kp: Our panel was very impressed with this delightful sparkling wine. A blend of Macabeo, Xarel-lo, and Parellada grapes, this crisp fizz is made in the traditional method. Showing light toast, citrus and floral aromas on the nose, it's dry and light bodied with crisp fresh apple and citrus fruit flavours leading to a long, focused finish.
