Description

Cream Sherry is made by blending sweet and dry Sherries together and named for its lush mouthfeel. This medium-bodied, honeyed style shows aromas and flavours of upfront caramel, dried fig, fresh bread and herbs with a long finish and a seam of soft balancing acidity. Enjoy with mature cheeses, cured meats or rich desserts.
