Description

A blend of cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon and petit verdot, Stratus' red icewine brings pretty notes of red berries (strawberry, raspberry) as well as a lovely floral note that lingers in the background. It's a medium-bodied, viscous icewine offering sour cherry and raspberry flavours as well as underlying tangerine and dried apricot notes that are accentuated by the rich, opulent sweetness.
