Description

The Paitin winery is located in Barbaresco. They have Barbera vines planted adjacent to their Nebbiolo in the prized Neive area of Serraboella. The soils are full of chalk and clay and this lends both mineral and a fruited nature to this delicious Barbera. Sourced from a 2.7 ha parcel on the eastern part of the Serraboella cru in Neive as well as about 30% from the Campolive vineyard in Alba. Aged for 12 months in Slavonian oak botte.
