A wonderfully juicy blend of syrah and cabernet sauvignon that is wildly aromatic with black pepper, cassis, rose and violet. Grippy tannins have softened somewhat and are just accessible. A vein of fresh acidity helps lighten the mood while gentle oak spice helps to elevate the fruit. Well-balanced and widely appealing. Excellent length. Score - 92.
