Description

Crafted from organically farmed grapes sourced from some of the estate's highest plantings. The 2017 season saw very little rainfall, with quite warm temperatures near the end of spring resulting in concentrated, ripe grapes. This wine will be silky and intense with bright red fruit, pepper spice and finely framed herbal tones. Pair it with lamb or a grilled pinto-bean burger with crushed dried shiitake mushrooms.
