Description

This is crafted from the popular Dolcetto variety and was sourced from steep slopes in the heart of Dogliani. Dolcetto creates wines that are more approachable and ready to enjoy earlier than Piedmont's Nebbiolo-based Barolos and Barbarescos. Aged for six months in oak, this wine offers black fruit, underbrush and big ripe tannins. A great match for grilled or braised meats. (Vintages panel, June 2019)
