This full-bodied, deeply flavoured Niagara red wine is a blend of 70% shiraz and 30% pinot noir grapes that are kiln-dried before they're pressed to deepen the wine's flavours. The wine is named 'The Magician' with a whimsical label. Supple and smooth, with seductive notes of black cherry and smoke. Some licorice and spice on the finish. Pair with grilled meats. Score - 90.
