80% Shiraz, 20% Barbera. Fruit is all hand-picked, destemmed and crushed before a cool and open co-ferment that lasted 21 days. Matured in 3rd and 4th fill French Hogsheads. Dominated by Longview's classic cool climate Shiraz style; spicy and savoury with crunchy berry fruit.
