Tasting Notes

Fans of Portugal's exciting red blends already know this, but for newcomers to these great wines, check this: Portugal is home to over 250 indigenous varieties. That's an astonishingly rich palette for the country's winemakers. This wine is a blend of primarily Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz and Touriga Francesa. You can expect a juicy, fruit-forward wine with good tannic presence and superb balance. It will be a great option for grilled sausages or roasted meats.
