Description

Deep ruby colour. Intense aroma of strawberry and black plum, combined with smoked notes, resulting from aging in wood barrels, which gives to the wine a distinct elegance, complexity and unique balance. In the mouth it is full-bodied, soft and velvety, with good volume and a balanced acidity that gives it freshness. It reveals very noticeable tannins in a long and persistent finish. Excellent as an aperitif or with poultry and meat dishes, roasts, smoked sausages, cheese and some fish.
