Vibrant medium pink colour with violet hues. A blend of Agiorgitiko and Cabernet Sauvignon this rosé has an aromatic character of red fruit with white pepper notes. Soft with a creamy mouthfeel, it has a well-balanced mid-palate with good structure and crispness. Pairs well with pizza, pasta, grilled white meats and fish.

Tasting Notes

Made with Kotsifali 50% and Mandilaria 50% grapes this wine has a shining rose colour, followed by aromas of sour cherry, strawberry and rose petals. Its taste is full and refreshing with a berry aftertaste. Enjoy it with pasta in light red sauces and also as an aperitif while on a summer patio. Best served at a temperature of 8-10°C..
