Made with 100% Xinomavro, L' Esprit du Lac or 'the spirit of the lake' is the new rose wine from Kir-Yianni. This wine undergoes batonnage in stainless steel tank for 4 months. L' Esprit du Lac captures the dynamic spirit of Xinomavro into an elegant, refreshing rose. This seasonal wine has a light body, fresh acidity and peach and strawberry aromas. This rose matches well with exotic cuisine, grilled or sautéed chicken, other Mediterranean dishes, and oily fish such as salmon.
