Description

A full and smooth Franciacorta with an aroma of exotic, fresh and sapid fruit. It is aged for a minimum of 24 months on the yeasts. The still wines from this area have ancient traditions, referred to by Virgil and Pliny the Elder, and documented in Brescia City council books as 'Franzacurta' as far back as in 1277. In 1961 sparkling wine Franciacorta was created. Pairing: crustaceans, fish-based main dishes, main dishes featuring white meats.
