Description

Pét-Nat Pétillant Naturel is another term for the ancestral method, which is the oldest method by which sparkling wines are created. The wine is bottled before the primary fermentation is complete, trapping the CO2 inside. This 100% Pinot Noir uses wild yeasts for fermentation and was left on the lees for extending ageing in-bottle.
