The blueberries for this wine are harvested and pressed at the peak of ripeness. The juice is left to freeze as temperatures drop at the beginning of winter. The concentrated juice is then cold fermented. The result is this sweet and floral delight. Nice complexity with spice and toast adding depth to the fresh blueberry notes.
