Description

A blend of organically grown Grenache Gris, Vermentino and Macabeu from vines planted on poor, slate soils in the foothills of the Pyrenees. Fermented and aged in stainless steel with no malolactic conversion in order to preserve the fresh fruit flavours and bright acidity. A delicious and well-made white that marries ripeness, delicacy and extraction, a tricky feat given the region's extreme warmth and dryness. Offering up bright citrus and orchard fruit character, the palate posseses lovely weight and texture with a salty, mineral-inflected finish.
