Description

Longview's Grüner plantings are some of the oldest in Australia. The KÜHL is sourced from a single plot from 3 Austrian clones planted entirely on their own roots. Hand-harvested, crushed, destemmed and chilled to 3 degrees. Free run juice only, extended lees contact, fermented bone dry (0.5 g/l RS). Aromas of fresh citrus, white pepper and a hint of juniper. A firm and spicy palate with richness, texture and crunchy acidity. Additional notes of radish, green pear. 93 Points, Gary Walsh (The Wine Front)
