Description

This was 100% stainless steel fermented and saw no oak. Aromas of honeysuckle and pit fruit abound on the nose. It dishes up a medium-full bodied, tang-infused and generously textured mouthful of flavour with lemon curd and grapefruit zest mingling with ripe pear and saline minerality. This finishes lengthy, clean and refreshing with plenty of pizzazz. Pour with Alsatian onion tart or baked ham dotted with cloves. Drink now. Score - 91.
