Tasting Notes

Deep dark brown colour with creamy head; aromas of chocolate, roast coffee, dark fruit with nutty tones; dry, medium to full bodied, with a creamy mouthfeel, a slightly sweet fruit center, flavours of dark fruit, soya sauce, roasted grain, burnt wood, with notes of roast coffee, dark chocolate and a pleasant bitter note on the long finish.

Serving Suggestion

Quite versatile; great on its own or try with slow cooked meats, roasts and even chocolate or coffee based desserts.
