Absolut Stress #2

1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
2. Pour 1 ½ oz of Absolut Vodka into the shaker.
3. Add 1 oz of Blue Curacao liqueur to the shaker.
4. Measure and pour 1 oz of Peach Schnapps into the shaker.
5. Add 2 oz of Pineapple Juice to the shaker.
6. Squeeze 1 oz of Lemon Juice into the shaker.
7. Pour 1 oz of Simple Syrup into the shaker.
8. Close the cocktail shaker tightly and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds to mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
9. Take a chilled cocktail glass and strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.
10. Garnish the drink with a lemon slice on the rim of the glass.
11. Serve the Absolut Stress #2 immediately and enjoy!

Note: You can also add crushed ice to the glass before straining the mixture for a frostier texture.
