  1. Delivery Area and Fees
    Deliveries are available in Ontario, Canada ONLY. For further details, please see below:
    • Residential Rates & coverage - please see our Delivery Rates page.
    • Gift Deliveries are $24.95 anywhere in Ontario.

  2. Gift Deliveries?

    Yes, Gift Deliveries are available! You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard or AMEX, and schedule the delivery date/time through the website. Just follow the on-screen prompts.

    Gift Deliveries are $24.95 anywhere in Ontario.

    Gift bags or Gift cards are $5.00 each, and you can request either when checking out. You can also include your own customized message for the gift card.


  3. Payment Methods

    We accept payment at the door by cash in all cities. You can also pay by Visa, Mastercard or AMEX in most major cities; note: a 5% surcharge is applied to credit card orders. Most major cities require credit card orders be delivered "next day" only.


  4. Hours of Operation

    Deliveries can be made during LCBO hours of operation on the day of your delivery and/or during The Beer Store hours of operation on the day of your delivery. However, you can schedule an order for any date/time up to 7 days in advance.

    Our "general" hours of operation are as follows:

    Day Open Close
    Monday - Saturday 9:30 am 9:30 pm
    Sunday 11:30 am 4:30 pm
    Please note, hours of operation may vary depending on your location, refer to the local times from The Beer Store or the LCBO for accurate times.


  5. Do you take empties?

    The Beer Guy's drivers will take empties from your residence for a $0.10 refund per ber bottle, provided there is not a substantial amount of bottles. We'll also take your liquor or wine empties, at no refund. Whether the driver will take empties or not is the choice of driver. Please verify with the driver when they arrive, to confirm they can take your empties. The Beer Guy's drivers are not required to take empties, but are asked to provide this optionas an extra convieneince to our customers.


  6. How long does it take to get my stuff!

    Delivery is usually under two hours! Peak times may occur which may delay your order, but these are very rare.


  7. I'm planning a party, how much alcohol should I order?

    That depends on how long the party is, how many people are invited, how heavily they drink, and what you're serving. This answer to this question is so complex that we've create a party drink calculator to help with your decision.
