J.P. Wiser's Farmland Collins

Create a J.P. Wiser’s Deluxe Ginger Infusion (see below).
Combine with other ingredients in glass with ice, stir, and serve.

Ginger Infusion: Remove 2 oz. of whisky from full J.P. Wiser’s Deluxe bottle and insert 0.25 cups of thinly sliced ginger. Let it rest for a day. Ginger can stay in infusion, but is best removed after 15 days.
