This award-winning rum is matured for 18-24 months in large oak cask. It is clear amber in colour with intense aromas of caramel, nutmeg and vanilla followed by flavours of brown sugar, spice, raisins and a hint of smoke. The palate is medium-bodied with a long finish. Ideal in mixed drinks served neat or over ice.
