Description

Fortified Wine - DRY. Aged at least 5 years in ancient casks in a grotto of tufa rock. Cultivation in Marsala and Mazara del Vallo, produced in limited quantity from Grillo and Catarratto grapes. Amber in colour, with a intense heady bouquet. On the palate persistent oak notes, dry, full-bodied undertones. Can be stored for several years. Once opened, it maintains its organoleptic characteristics for a long time. A good appetizer if accompanied by mature cheeses at 8-10°C 2018 - Silver Medal - Venere Callipigia, 2017 - 1 Bicchiere - Gambero Rosso
