Akakies Sparkling Rose, made from 100% Xinomavro, is bright cherry in colour, with a rich mousse and fine bubbles giving a long, continuous cordon in the center of the glass. On the nose, the juicy aromas of strawberry and cherry are enhanced by the typical vegetal character of the Xinomavro. On the palate, the rich and complex aromatic character of Akakies Sparkling is underpinned by the zesty acidity and the discrete presence of the balancing sugars. Finish is long and fruity.  Under proper storage conditions this wine can be enjoyed for up to 2-5 years.
