Since 1974, Highwood Distillers has been crafting acclaimed spirits in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. Centennial 10 Year Old is an aged rye, aged in ex-bourbon barrels. The resulting spirit is a deeply nuanced and superbly smooth whisky destined to be savoured. Enjoy its toasty spice flavours neat or on the rocks.

Tasting Notes

Opened in 1974 Centennial is one of Canada's largest independently owned distilleries. This rye is aged in charred oak Bourbon barrels which adds character and richness. Expect aromas of honey and spice on the nose; the palate is light with flavours of apple and roasted grain followed by a smooth and mellow finish.

Serving Suggestion

Ideal in the perfect rye and ginger or serve on the rocks with a twist of lime.
