Particular attention is paid to the carefully selected vineyards used for the company's cru: Sant'Eusanio, San Calisto, Vigneto di Popoli and Vigna del Convento di Capestrano. Their Montepulciano Vigneto Sant'Eusanio is their new star thanks to a successful 2017. A light rustic sensation doesn't impede the performance of a red that's varietal to the bone and full of character. On the nose it offers up aromas of dark fruit and pencil lead, while the palate is penetrating and taut, without concessions to redundant sweetness. Score - 3 Glasses (out of 3).
