Description

Masi is a master of the appassimento technique, which uses partially dried grapes to impart even greater concentration, texture and flavour to the final wine. You can expect this example to reflect a rich, quite complex array of red fruit in a tangy, lifted frame. The texture here will make it a fine option for grilled ribs, grilled seafood or cedar-planked salmon.
