This is a blend of the three classic Champagne grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir. Fresh, with a bright, sharp acidity, this is quite fruit forward. The acidity here makes this pretty much a Swiss Army knife at the dinner table, perfect for everything from fish and poultry right up to serving as a palate cleanser between bites for heavier meat dishes.
