Shiny Apple Cider was established in 2014 with a passion for crafting a premium cider with locally grown apples. This cider is made with the fresh-pressed juice of seven different varietals of Ontario-grown apples. It's crisp and refreshing, with lovely aromas and flavours of ripe apple and a hint of spice.

Tasting Notes

Pale lemon colour; distinct aromas of apple fill the bouquet; dry, crisp with lots of lovely ripe apple flavours and a pinch of spice.
