Speedy Gonzales

1. Begin by rimming a cocktail glass with salt. To do this, take a lime wedge and run it along the rim of the glass. Then, dip the rim into a plate of salt, ensuring it is evenly coated. Set the glass aside.

2. In a cocktail shaker, add the tequila, lime juice, orange juice, and agave syrup.

3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes, ensuring it is about three-quarters full.

4. Securely place the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds. This will thoroughly mix the ingredients and chill the cocktail.

5. Take the rimmed cocktail glass and fill it with fresh ice cubes.

6. Strain the cocktail mixture from the shaker into the prepared glass, ensuring no ice cubes or pulp make their way into the glass.

7. Garnish the cocktail with a lime wedge by sliding it onto the rim of the glass.

8. Serve the Speedy Gonzales cocktail immediately and enjoy!

Note: You can also add a splash of soda water or sparkling water to the cocktail for a bit of fizz, if desired.
