Tasting Notes

Goose IPA is brewed with hop lovers in mind by Chicago-based Goose Island Beer Co. In the glass it is a deep gold, with an abundant creamy head. Forward aromas of citrus, followed by a pleasing malty sweetness. Pine and grapefruit notes linger on a crisp, dry finish. A great pairing with seafood, curries or Thai cuisine.
