Description

Cardenal Mendoza has been making high-quality products since 1887. This top-tier brandy is matured for an average of 15 years in Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. Expect intense notes of caramel, plum, citrus, raisins and spice. It's medium-bodied and smooth with a long, velvety finish. Serve neat after dinner.

Tasting Notes

Butterscotch galore! This sweet and beautifully balanced Brandy, made with PX (Pedro Ximenez) grapes from the Jerez region of Spain, would be dynamite with holiday fruit cake, rum cake, or while enjoying a fine Cuban cigar, or one of my favourite non-Cuban sticks, a 1992 Vintage Rocky Patel.
