One-hundred percent local Ontario rye is vapour distilled and infused with seven unique botanicals to create a London dry style gin that is ideal in a classic gimlet. Expect moderately intense aromas and flavours of juniper, balsam, crisp pear and star anise on a dry, cleansing palate that finishes balanced and smooth.

Serving Suggestion

Gimlet

2 oz gin.
½ oz fresh lime juice.
½ oz simple syrup.
½ oz pasteurized egg white.
1 drop lime bitters.

Add ingredients to a shaker, dry shake (shake without ice for about 15 seconds to foam the mixture), add ice, shake again, pour into a chilled coupette, garnish with a lime leaf or fresh lime zest.
