Redbreast 12 Year Old is crafted from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, triple distilled and aged in sherry and bourbon casks. The nose is quite fruity, showing raisin and apple, balanced by notes of spice. The palate is rich and complex, balancing dried fruit and vanilla flavours with spice and oak elements.

Tasting Notes

This elegant single pot still whisky pours a brilliant golden/amber colour; on the nose expect complex aromas of floral, honey, sweet fruits and lime; full-bodied and robust on the palate with a creamy mouth-feel and flavours repeated from the nose followed by an enduring finish reminiscent of butterscotch.
