Description

Distillers edition is vintage-dated and finished in sherry cask. This has aromas and flavours of sweet malt, cooked fruit, dried flowers and light smoke, with herbal and creamy/buttery nuances. The palate is rounded, with wood and peppery/spicy notes on the long and warming finish. Enjoy neat, or with a splash of water.

Medium deep amber gold colour; aromas of dried fruit, grass, light smoke, dried flowers and peat with creamy/buttery nuances; dryish, rounded and soft entry, flavours of sweet malt, caramel and cooked fruit, balanced by light smokiness; finish is long and warming with wood and peppery/spicy notes.

Serving Suggestion

Serve after dinner with good friends and great conversation or lightly chilled with not-too-sweet caramel or vanilla custard based desserts.
