Offering up notes of apple, peach, wheat toast and smoke, the 2015 Extra-Brut 4 Éléments Pinot Meunier is medium to full-bodied, tensile and chalky, with incisive acids girdling its crisp but fleshy core of fruit and a youthfully frothy mousse. Deriving from lieu-dit La Grosse Pierre in Ludes, it was disgorged in December 2019 with three grams per liter dosage. Drink date: 2020-2035. Score - 92.
