Jacob's Creek is a legend in South Eastern Australia. This full-flavoured shiraz pours deep ruby with aromas and flavours of black plum, herbs, oak, and blood orange. Full-bodied and smooth with lush tannins on the lengthy finish. Great with grilled lamb or beef, game meats, firm cheeses.

Tasting Notes

Deep ruby/purple colour; pronounced aromas of black fruit, toasted oak, crushed mint and eucalyptus; dry, with full body and lush tannins; flavours of blackberry and black cherry, with herbal and toasted oak notes; the finish is medium in length, with some warmth on the palate; drink now or cellar for two to three years.
