La Marca Prosecco

Description

Here's a bright Prosecco with upfront notes of nuts and crunchy Asian pear and an intriguing saline quality with a touch of honey. An almond/marzipan character emerges again on the finish. It's medium-bodied and off-dry with a palate-cleansing finish. Chill, and p air with pan-seared or lightly grilled seafood or with sushi.

Tasting Notes

... a delicious prosecco that you can sip on its own to take to the table. There's plenty of fruit here, and the flavours hold well from start to finish, with plenty of definition and complexity. The acidity shows through well, adding clean brightness to the texture, there are plenty of fine bubbles, and the mousse has both substance and softeness. It's a glass of pleasure.
