Description

Incrocio Manzoni Bianco is a cross between White Riesling Renano and Pinot Blanc. It appears an intense, luminous straw yellow. On the nose, elegant notes of Pinot Blanc are the first to emerge, flanked by impressions of pineapple and spring flowers, while the crisp, tangy minerality of Riesling stands out on the palate. Its graceful aromas and its pronounced delightfulness on the palate make this wine a must-try with warm seafood antipasti; it is a tasty partner to summer soups and is at its finest with shellfish and fish-based main courses. Try it too with various styles of lighter meats, and even more, with full-flavoured meat sauces and braises. Enjoy best at 8-10°C.
